Terms of Use

Article 1 (Object)
The purpose of this Agreement is to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the users in using the shopping mall provided by  ( “chuuus” ).

Article 2 (Definitions)
1 In order to provide goods or services to users, called shopping mall, Article 1 (purpose)

Article 2 (Definitions)
1 Shopping mall refers to a virtual business establishment that allows users to trade goods or services using information communication facilities, such as computers, to provide goods or services to users.

2 User refers to members and non-members who access shopping malls and receive services.

3 A member refers to a person who is registered as a member by providing personal information to a shopping mall and who is continuously provided with information from the shopping mall and can use the service.

4 Non-member refers to a person who does not sign up as a member and uses the service provided by a shopping mall.

Article 3 (statement and revision of the terms and conditions)
1 ( “chuuus” )  is posted on the initial service screen (front page) of the shopping mall to let the user know the contents and details of this Agreement, the location of the sales office, the representative's name, business registration number, contact number (phone, fax, e-mail address, etc.)

2 Shopping malls can revise these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms, the Framework Act on Electronic Trade, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization, the Act on Visit and Sales, and the Consumer Protection Act.

3 If a shopping mall revises the terms and conditions, it shall notify the initialization of the mall from 7 days before the application date to the application date, along with the current terms and conditions.

4 If the terms and conditions of the shopping mall are amended, the revised agreement shall apply only to contracts signed after the date of application, and for contracts already signed prior to that date, the terms and conditions before the amendment shall apply. However, the amended agreement applies if the user does not express his or her consent to the change agreement within a considerable period of time, and does not indicate whether he agrees or not.

5 The matters not set forth in this Agreement and the interpretation of these Terms shall be in accordance with the e-transaction consumer protection guidelines and related statutes or correlations established by the government.

Article 4 (Providing and changing services)
1 The shopping mall performs the following tasks:

A. Provide information about goods or services and conclude purchasing contracts

B. Delivery of goods or services contracted for purchase

All. Other shopping mall-set tasks

2 A shopping mall may change the contents of goods or services to be provided under a contract that is concluded in the future in the event of a product being sold out or a change in technical specifications. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of delivery shall be specified, and the contents of the current goods or services shall be notified to the place where they are posted from 7th before the date of delivery.

3 If the contents of the service contracted with the user are changed due to the reasons such as the goods are sold out or the technical specifications are changed, the shopping mall shall compensate the user for damages caused by the change. However, this is not the case if the shopping mall is not deliberately or culpable.

Article 5 (Cancellation of Services)
1 A shopping mall can temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of repair, replacement, or failure of information and communication facilities, such as computers, or interruption of communication.

2 In the event of a service interruption under paragraph 1, the users shall be notified by the method specified in Article 8 of the Terms of Use of the shopping mall.

3 The shopping mall shall indemnify the users or third parties for damages caused by the temporary suspension of the service provision for reasons under paragraph 1. However, this is not the case if the shopping mall is not deliberately or culpable.

Article 6 (Membership)
1 The users enter their membership information in accordance with the registration form set by the shopping mall and signify that they agree to the terms and conditions, and automatically grant membership to the shopping mall, which is a joint website.

2 A shopping mall can be registered as a shopping mall member if:

A. Exceptions are made if the applicant has previously lost his membership under Article 7 paragraph 3 of this Agreement, but has obtained his or her approval to re-enroll as a member of the shopping mall three years after the member's disqualification under Article 7 paragraph 3.

B. In case of false information, omission, or misunderstanding in the registration

All. In case registration as a member is deemed to be significantly impaired by the technology of the shopping mall;

D. If no guardian consent is given under the age of 14.

3 The timing of a membership contract shall be the time when consent has been reached to the member.

4 Members may receive various events of this shopping mall and the shopping mall. If they do not wish, they may withdraw from this shopping mall.

5 If there is a change in the registration pursuant to Article 15 paragraph 1, the member shall immediately notify the shopping mall of the change through direct change and e-mail.

Article 7 (Exit members and lose qualifications, etc.)
1 Members can request withdrawal from the shopping mall at any time. The shopping mall will immediately process withdrawal of membership.

2 In the event a member falls under the following reasons, the shopping mall may restrict or suspend the membership.

i. If false information is registered when applying for membership

ii. When subscribing, if applicable to Article 6.2.

iii. In case the member does not pay the debt due in relation to the payment or other use of goods or services purchased using the shopping mall;

iv. In case of a threat to the electronic transaction order, such as obstructing the use of others or

v. In case statutes and these terms and conditions are prohibited or acts contrary to the public and the West by using shopping malls;

3 After limiting or suspending a member's membership, the member's qualification may be forfeited if the same action is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days.

4 In case the membership is lost in the shopping mall, the membership registration is cancelled. In this case, the member shall be notified of this and the member shall be given the opportunity to explain the matter before the member registration is cancelled.

Article 8 (Notifications to Members)
1 In the event of notification to a member, the member may submit an e-mail address submitted to the shopping mall.

2 In case of an unspecified member's notice, the notification can be posted on the bulletin board for more than one week.

Article 9 (Application for Purchase)
The users of the shopping mall request the purchase by the following method.

A.Enter your name, address, phone number, and email

I. Selection of goods or services

D. Choosing a settlement method

D. Final decision after checking purchase details (e.g. click the "Order completed" mouse)

Article 10 (the establishment of a contract)
1 For the purchase application as specified in Article 9, the purchase request shall be accepted unless it falls under each of the following subparagraphs:

A. In case of false information, omission or miscalculation in the application

In case of purchasing goods or services prohibited by the Youth Protection Act, such as tobacco and alcohol, by an adult.

In case it is deemed that it is technically impaired to accept other purchase applications;

2 The contract is deemed to have been established at the time the approval was reached to the user in the form of a receipt notification under Article 12 paragraph 1.

Article 11 (Methods of payment)
Payment methods for goods or services purchased at a shopping mall can be made in one of the following subparagraphs:

Credit card payment

D. Online passbook deposit

d. Accumulation or payment by e-cash, etc. paid by the shopping mall

Article 12 (Change receipt notification and purchase request)
1 In the event of a user's request for purchase, the user is notified of receiving confirmation.

2 If there is a discrepancy in the expression of the message, the user can immediately request the change or cancellation of the purchase application after receiving the notification.

3 If there is a request for change or cancellation of the user's purchase request before delivery, the request shall be processed in accordance with the request without delay.

Article 13 (Delivery)
For goods purchased by the users, the users shall specify the means of delivery, the payee for delivery by means, and the delivery period by means.

Article 14 (refund, return and exchange)
1 In the event that the goods or services requested by the user cannot be delivered or rendered for goods or services due to the reason of the purchase, the reason shall be notified to the user without delay, and if the goods or services are paid in advance, the company shall contract within three business days from the date of receipt of the payment or, if not, within three business days from the date of the incident.

2 In each of the following cases, even the goods shipped shall be refunded, returned, and exchanged immediately upon request within the next business day after receiving the goods. However, the required deadline is within 20 days of the delivery date of delivery.

A. If the goods shipped are different from the order details or different from the information provided by the shopping mall,

B. If the goods shipped are damaged, damaged, or contaminated

D.The goods are shipped later than the delivery period shown in the advertisement.

In case a user's subscription has been made without marking the items to be displayed in the advertisement pursuant to Article 18 of the Act on the Sale of Visitors, etc.

However, if the contents of the product are not displayed, advertised, or contracted, the subscription can be withdrawn within three months from the date of receipt of the goods, or within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the goods, or the date of their knowledge.

Article 15 (Personal Information Protection)
1 When collecting information from users, the minimum information required to fulfill purchase contracts is collected. The following are mandatory and optional.
